Cape Town, South Africa — This Women’s Day, 9th August 2026, Manifest Productions will host an intimate and immersive ceremonial gathering designed to honour the women who give endlessly — leaders, mothers, healers, creatives, and changemakers — by inviting them to set down their doing and return to their being.
Rose Mandala Breath Experience
The Rose Mandala Breath Experience uses the rose as a living field of wisdom, its spiral geometry mirroring the sacred feminine, its fragrance opening memories held in the body, its thorns honouring that beauty and depth arrive together. The format draws on Conscious Connected Breathwork, a circular, connected breathing technique used to access deeper states of feeling, presence, and nervous system restoration, paired with relational practices designed to build intimacy and safety within the group field.
With Table Mountain as its backdrop and the open African sky above, the gathering will welcome 100 women into a ceremonial journey using Conscious Connected Breathwork to carry you beyond the thinking mind and into the deeper wisdom of the body, curated and facilitated by Breathwork facilitator and transformational experience curator Talitha Kotzé.
A Restoration, Not a Networking Event
Unlike conventional Women’s Day events centred on networking or wellness trends, this gathering was conceived as a restoration ceremony. Each woman will be invited to contribute a single rose to a collectively built Rose Mandala altar, a living centrepiece that anchors the energetic heart of the room and becomes a visible symbol of the intention the group breathes within together.
The morning unfolds in a carefully held arc: a threshold arrival marked by a rose water blessing, an opening circle with land acknowledgement, the building of the Rose Mandala, the breathwork journey itself, moving through the stages of Soften, Release, and Integration & Return, and a closing ceremony in which each woman carries home a single rose from the mandala as a tangible piece of the field built together. The morning closes with unstructured time for sisterhood, connection, and light nourishment on the rooftop.
“This is not a wellness event. It’s not a networking morning. It is a restoration ceremony for women who have given – to their families, their organisations, their communities, their visions – and who rarely, if ever, receive in the same depth they give.” –
Talitha Kotzé
A Women-Led Collaboration
The Women’s Day Rose Mandala Breath Experience is brought to life through a collaboration entirely led by women-owned and women-led businesses, including Talitha Kotzé, the event curator and a Cape Town-based breathwork facilitator, creative visionary, and curator of transformational experiences.
Her work centers on Conscious Connected Breathwork as a pathway to nervous system restoration and emotional integration, alongside immersive ceremonial experiences rooted in embodiment, connection to nature, and feminine wisdom.
Together, these partners have shaped a morning that reflects the values at the center of the experience itself: feminine leadership, generosity, and collective care.
