CentSight Inc. launched an artificial-intelligence-powered platform built for small and midsize businesses, designed to read their books, ask financial questions and spot issues.
CentSight integrates with QuickBooks Online and bank accounts through Plaid and includes dashboards, automated alerts and reporting tools. The platform can also respond to user questions about financial metrics and trends based on connected data.

RightCapital Releases Planning Agent Iris
RightCapital Inc., which provides financial planning software for financial advisers, launched Iris, an artificial-intelligence-powered planning agent. Designed to assist with client financial plans, Iris directly interprets client data, reviews RightCapital profile information, surfaces plan questions or areas of concern, and runs retirement plan simulations directly in the adviser workflow.
The tool can also identify potential gaps or issues, run retirement planning scenarios within the platform and answer planning-related questions.
Iris is embedded directly within RightCapital.
Advisor CRM Debuts Ember for Client Engagement
Advisor CRM, an artificial-intelligence-powered customer relationship management platform for the financial services industry, launched Ember, an AI client engagement tool designed for financial advisers and insurance professionals.
The platform allows advisers to create and manage client workflows, including onboarding, data collection, event registration and planning checklists, through a shareable link accessible on multiple devices.
Ember includes templates and customization options for creating workflows, as well as reporting features that summarize client information, priorities and follow-up steps after completion.
The tool integrates with Advisor CRM to update client records automatically.
