After a long stretch of telling myself I’d get back into a workout routine, I finally did—starting with walks along the West Side Highway. Taking in the scenery while enjoying the breeze was the perfect segue back into my fitness journey. Even if it’s just a mile-long walk, moving outside feels like I did something for myself.
