Plymouth Rock appoints three to executive roles
Plymouth Rock Assurance has made three appointments to its Independent Agency Group and enterprise leadership. Gavin McPhail joins as vice president and chief data officer, leading Plymouth Rock’s enterprise data strategy across underwriting, claims, risk management and customer operations, having previously served as executive vice president and general manager of risk intelligence at Fusable. Cornelius Young joins as vice president and chief claims officer for the Independent Agency Group, focused on operational excellence and accelerating data, analytics and AI across the claims lifecycle, joining from Cambridge Mobile Telematics where he was chief insurance officer after more than 13 years in claims, strategy and analytics at Liberty Mutual. Lindsay Mustard joins as vice president of customer service for the Independent Agency Group, spanning service center operations, underwriting, agency and sales operations, compliance, project management and customer experience, joining from Jenius Bank where she held senior leadership roles including head of strategy, with prior senior vice president roles at Citizens Bank and project leader experience at The Boston Consulting Group.
