Once owned by social realist painter Reginald Marsh, this epic estate in Woodstock is a sanctuary of art and nature. A host to multiple residences, the secluded-feeling site includes the glass-fronted Pond House with classy (but, somehow, also neon) artwork, a grand piano, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. The expansive venue is certainly one-of-a-kind, with perfect backdrops for a lush outdoor wedding thanks to the site’s ever-enchanting manicured gardens with a gathering of birch trees, a pond, and a secluded waterfall for you and your guests’ eyes only. The Carriage House and Museum House provide additional accommodations, if needed. While the pond is not open for swimming, you can swim at the waterfall and swimming hole only a quick walk away. The parking lot also offers electric car parking, and upon request, childcare and housekeeping services, a private chef, a massage therapist, and more can be made available.
